Doula Services for Hanford / Lemoore families
With a doula guiding you through a confident birth and postpartum experience, you can enjoy this special season with your family!
Having a baby is hard work
From healing, adjusting, and navigating all the "new" in parenthood, having a baby is a lot. While it’s true that babies don't come with a manual, there is another truth you hear less often: pregnancy and birth don’t come with a manual, either.
Pregnancy is one of the largest changes your body can go through, culminating in a birth that you can’t predict. The process can be daunting, especially since it comes at a time when you may be physically exhausted. Having someone to walk you through this stage with knowledge and experience can relieve stress and help you move toward parenthood confidently.
We are here to support you every step of the way.
Doulas are the people who hold your hand through all the unknowns, stresses, and joys of childbearing and childrearing.
Our job is not to simply help you get through birth, but to walk with you from pregnancy through postpartum as you become a parent.

Placenta Encapsulation $295
I am deeply passionate about placenta encapsulation and the numerous benefits that it offer for postpartum recovery.
I believe this practice can be a powerful tool for new mothers by:
- Enhancing milk production for optimal infant nourishment.
- Supporting emotional well-being and mental health.
- Reducing the risk of postpartum depression.
- Boosting energy levels for improved vitality and strength.
- Promoting faster postpartum recovery for a smoother transition.
These benefits are believed to come from replenishing essential vitamins, minerals, and supporting balanced hormone levels
At the hospital, careful coordination is crucial. Before the placenta is collected, it’s important to ensure it’s stored properly to preserve its quality. This involves placing the placenta in a sterile, sealed container immediately after birth and keeping it cool, ideally on ice, to prevent any bacterial growth.
Once the placenta is collected, it is thoroughly inspected, then steamed, dehydrated, and ground into a fine powder. This powder is then placed into capsules, making it easy and convenient for new mothers to consume and benefit from.
To ensure the highest standards of safety and quality, I have completed a food handler’s food safety course and specialized training in sanitation and proper cooking temperatures.
With this comprehensive knowledge and dedication, I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and holistic experience for new mothers.
