You Planned Your Wedding Day...Plan Your Birth...Hire a Doula!

Services Provided

  • A prenatal consultation - It's important for you to feel comfortable with your birth doula. We will get acquainted, discuss birth options and your desires for your birth. This is free of charge and doesn't carry any obligations to my services.

  • A prenatal visit around 37 weeks where we will go over the labor and birthing process, comfort measures, fears, concerns and any questions you may have.

  • Assistance in creating a birth plan if desired

  • Unlimited phone/email support anytime during pregnancy and postpartum

  • "On-call" 24/7 status for two weeks prior and two weeks after your estimated due date

  • Continuous labor support at home, hospital or birth center

  • Assistance with initial breastfeeding

  • Breastfeeding support anytime after the birth

  • One postpartum visit within two weeks after birth

  • Photos on CD

  • Back-up doulas available

Fees

  • My fee is $700. Payment plans are negotiable depending on circumstances.

  • If you have a health insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, reimbursement for doula services may be available. Contact me to obtain the codes needed to check with your insurance company.

  • Some FSA plans cover doula services. Check with yours to see if it does.
