You Planned Your Wedding Day...Plan Your Birth...Hire a Doula!

Services Provided

  • A prenatal consultation - It's important for you to feel comfortable with your birth doula. We will get acquainted, discuss birth options and your desires for your birth. This is free of charge and doesn't carry any obligations to my services.

  • A second prenatal visit before 37 weeks where we will go over the labor and birthing process, comfort measures, fears, concerns and any questions you may have.

  • Assistance in creating a Birth Plan if desired

  • Unlimited phone/email support anytime during pregnancy and immediate postpartum

  • "On-call" 24/7 status for two weeks prior and two weeks after your estimated due date

  • Continuous labor support at home, hospital or birth center

  • Assistance in initial breastfeeding

  • Breastfeeding support anytime after the birth

  • One postpartum visit within two weeks after birth

  • Photos on CD

  • Keepsake birth story for an additional fee

Fees

  • My fee is $600. Payment plans are negotiable depending on circumstances.

  • Some insurance companies offer reimbursement for doula services. Talk with your insurance company to see if it does. Doula services are covered under FSA.
